  • 1 c skim milk
  • 16 oz fat free Velveeta
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Rotel, undrained
  • 1/2 lb chorizo

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except chorizo in Dutch oven.
  2. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted and soup is hot.
  3. Brown chorizo and stir into soup.
