Ingredients
- 16 ounce. pkg. salad pasta, cooked
- 1 c. lowfat yogurt
- 1/4 c. lowfat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- Pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tbsp. basil
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 pkg. uncooked frzn corn
- 1/4 c. green and red bell pepper
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 2 minced green onions
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl. To save time, frzn corn comes with bell peppers and onions and does well in this recipe. This salad is even better the next day.
