Directions

  1. Separate egg yolks from Large eggs whites into two different bowls. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat egg whites till they have soft peaks.
  2. Beat egg yolks well. Stir in garlic pwdr, onion pwdr and shrimp pwdr, mixing well.
  3. Folk in egg whites gently, so as not to deflate.
  4. In a skillet, heat 1/4" vegetable oil. Fry the shrimp mix in the warm oil, dropping by Tbsp. and flattening slightly with the back of the spoon into patties.
  5. After several min, flip and cook second side till lightly browned on both sides.
