Ingredients
- 6-8 c. lettuce
- 6 hard boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- Mushrooms, if you like
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn peas, thawed
- 8 ounce. can Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp. sugar per layer
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions
- Put 3-4 c. lettuce on bottom of large bowl or possibly glass dish; sprinkle with salt, pepper, and sugar. Add in hard boiled Large eggs. Then put another 3-4 c. lettuce on and sprinkle with seasonings. Put layer of bacon, cheese, mushrooms, and peas over lettuce. Cover with 1 c. mayonnaise. Seal it against the edges. Cover with saran wrap and put in refrigerator for 24 hrs. Toss before serving.
