Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked shrimp
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk or possibly sherry
- 1 ripe avocado
Directions
- Mix shrimp, soup, curry and lowfat milk/wine in pan. Heat till bubbly. Just before serving peel and slice avocado. Stir into mix. Serve over rice. Serves 4.
