1 c. butter
1 1/2 teaspoon crushed sage
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 Large eggs
1 c. minced celery
8 c. soft bread cubes
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

Directions

Add in 1 lb. of bulk pork sausage, crumbled and browned, with the remaining ingredients. You can substitute some of the sausage fat for the butter. Stuff into the turkey and bake as usual.
