Directions

  1. Sprinkle cooked sausage and 1/2 of the cheese in 10 inch greased pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients till smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high, or possibly 1 minute with electric beater.
  2. Pour into plate, sprinkling remaining half of cheese on top. Bake till knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 min, in preheated oven at 400 degrees. Cold 5 min.
