  • 15 ounce. pkg. Pillsbury all-ready pie crusts
  • 21 ounce. can cherry, blueberry or possibly apple pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • Sugar

Directions

  1. Allow 1 crust pouch to stand at room temperature 15-20 min. Heat oven to 450 degrees. Spoon 1/3 c. pie filling into each of 6 (6 ounce.) custard c.. Unfold pie crust, peel off top plastic sheet. Press out fold lines. Sprinkle flour over crust. Place crust flour side down on cutting board.
  2. Using 3 1/2 inch cookie cutter, cut circles from crust. Place dough over pie filling. Cut slits in top. Sprinkle with sugar. Place custard c. in 15x10x1 inch baking pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 20-25 min. Serve hot.
