Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) box Raisin Bran
- 3 c. sugar (or possibly 1 1/2 c. honey)
- 5 c. plain or possibly whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 5 teaspoon baking soda
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. oil
- 1 quart. buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Mix dry ingredients. Add in wet ingredients and mix well. (You can store in refrigerator up to 5 weeks if not used.)Bake in muffin tins at 400 degrees for 15 min. Great for breakfast or possibly lunches.
