Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Scallops, uncooked
Directions
- Crumble crisp bacon, minced onion and whole or possibly sliced scallops in deep dish pie plate. Mix lowfat milk, Bisquick, large eggs, salt and pepper in blender till smooth. Pour over pan ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 55 min. Let stand 5 min. Serve with salad and French bread.
