Ingredients
- 3 ounce Hershey's Baking Chocolate (Unsweetened), broken into pcs
- 1 c. Miniature marshmallows
- 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine softened
- 2Â 1/2 c. Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Directions
- In medium saucepan over low heat, heat chocolate, stirring constantly. Add in marshmallows; stir frequently till melted. (Mix will be very thick and will pull away from sides of pan.) Spoon mix into small mixer bowl; beat in butter. Add in lowfat milk very gradually, beating till smooth. Gradually add in powdered sugar and vanilla; beat to desired consistency. About 2-1/4 c. frosting.
