Ingredients
- 1 c. Sygar
- 8 Tbsp. Unsalted butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Cornstarch
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pkt Semi-sweet chocolate chips (8 ounce.)
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1 x Unbacked 9" chocolate pie shell
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, butter, cornstarch, Large eggs, and vanilla extract in large bowl; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Pour mix into pie shell. Bake till filling begins to pull away from sides of the crust (about 40 minutes.) Cold completely on rack. Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and/or possibly drizzle of choclae syup.
