Directions

  1. Combine cornmeal, salt and cool water. Gradually pour into boiling water, stirring constantly. Turn heat down as this will squirt up till all corn meal is added. Reduce heat and cover.
  2. Continue cooking on low heat 15 min, stirring frequently. Let set a few min, then spoon in serving plates and sprinkle cheese and spaghetti sauce over it.
