Ingredients
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- Any combination of fresh fruits
Directions
- Place all inredients except fruit, in a saucepan and cook till thick. Cold in refrigerator for several hrs, or possibly overnight. Pour over fresh fruit, and serve as fruit salad.
