- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 c. butter at room temperature
- 4 Large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. peach preserves
- 2 1/2 c. flour, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Cream together sugar and butter; add in Large eggs, vanilla and preserves and set aside. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt and cinnamon. Set aside 1/2 c. flour mix and stir remaining flour mix with creamed mix. Add in nuts into the reserved flour and stir into mix. Pour into 2 greased 8"x4" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
