• 3/4 c. Shortening
• 1/4 c. Butter
• 1 1/2 c. Brown Sugar
• 2 x Well beaten Large eggs
• 1/2 c. Fresh Orange Juice
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 3 1/2 c. Flour
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Baking Pwdr
• 1 tsp Soda
• 2 Tbsp. Grated Orange Rind
• 3/4 c. Sour lowfat milk or possibly Buttermilk
• 1/2 c. Butter
• 4 c. Powdered Sugar
• 1/3 c. Evaporated Lowfat milk
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 Tbsp. Grated Orange Rind
