Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can condensed lowfat milk
- 2 (13 ounce) cans evaporated lowfat milk
- 2 T vanilla
- Lowfat milk to fill ice cream freeze
Directions
- Beat large eggs with mixer about 5 min. Gradually add in sugar, then add in condensed lowfat milk and beat for another 2-3 min. Add in evaporated lowfat milk and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Pour into ice cream freezer and add in lowfat milk to freezer line and freeze.
