Ingredients
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. corn flour or possibly meal
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 egg white
- 2 T Puritan Canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Lowfat milk
Directions
- Sift together flours and baking pwdr. Mix egg white and oil together then add in to flour. Add in vanilla. Then add in lowfat milk so which batter is to your liking. Stir quickly and only till dry ingredients are moistened. Bake on hot griddle - turn as soon as they are puffed and bubbly. Bake till golden. Makes approximately 5 pancakes.
