Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frzn vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions
- Mix and put in casserole dish; cook at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly. Top with Durkees French Fried onions and return to oven for 10 min.
