Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frzn vegetables (carrots, broccoli and cauliflower)
  • 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, liquid removed
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

  1. Mix and put in casserole dish; cook at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly. Top with Durkees French Fried onions and return to oven for 10 min.
