Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Cream Cheese
- 1 x Egg
- 1/3 c. Sugar
- 1Â 1/4 c. Mini chocolate chips
- 1Â 1/2 c. Flour
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/4 c. Cocoa
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 c. Water
- 1/3 c. Oil
Directions
- Mix above ingredients.
- Put chocolate mix into mini-muffin c.. Add in 1 teaspoon of cream cheese mix per mini muffin c.. Fill each c. 2/3 full. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min
- Makes about 4 dozen
