Ingredients
- 1 c. Mazola corn oil
- 1/3 c. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, oregano, basil
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 clove garlic, split
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, torn
- 1/2 pound fresh spinach, torn
- 1 lg. red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1/2 c. sliced radishes
Directions
- Combine oil, vinegar, seasonings and garlic in jar. Cover tightly and shake. Toss lettuce and spinach. Arrange onion, carrot and dishes on top. Remove garlic from dressing mix. Shake well. Pour over salad. Toss to mix and serve.
