  1. Mix the catsup and mustard together. Spread on both sides of the steak. Generously prick the steak with a fork. Cover and chill at least 8 hrs, overnight is better. Broil in oven or possibly on a grill about 5 min on each side (rare). Outdoor grill takes a little longer.
