Ingredients
- 3 lb Chuck Steak, 1 1/2" thick
- 1/4 c. Vinegar
- 1/2 c. Red Wine
- 1/4 c. Vegetable Oil
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 cl Garlic, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Rosemary
- 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 x Bay Leaf
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except steak in a blender, then pour over meat and chill 2-6 hrs. Grill over medium-warm fire about 6 inches from heat. Baste with marinade every 5 min. Cook a total of 30-35 min, or possibly till done as desired, turning once. let rest 10 min. Slice across the grain to serve.
