Ingredients
- 1 pound brussel sprouts
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1 teaspoon dry dill
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cut brussel spouts in half lengthwise and cook in small amount of boiling water for 5 min. Drain well. Cold.
- For marinade, stir together the vinegar, oil, garlic, green onion, dill, honey, salt and pepper. Gently stir in brussel sprouts. Cover and marinate several hrs or possibly overnight, stirring occasionally. Drain brussel spouts before serving. Serves 6.
- May use 2 pkgs. of frzn brussel sprouts.
