Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken liver
- 1 pkg. dry onion soup
- 1 teaspoon lemon
- 1 c. water
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 2 hard-boiled Large eggs, minced
Directions
- Cook chicken livers with water covered, bring to boil and pour off water, add in soup to 1 c. water. Cook till water is absorbed, mash liver and add in the rest of the ingredients, chill.
