Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. water
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 2 stk margarine
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
- 6 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 4 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1 stk margarine
- 1 box powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 c. minced nuts
Directions
- Bring to a boiling point the water, cocoa and margarine. Add in sugar and flour; mix well. Add in Large eggs, buttermilk, vanilla and soda; stir mix. Do no use electric mixer. Mix well and bake at 350 for 40 min. Bake in greased oblong pan. Frost with the following frosting.
- Frosting Directions: Bring lowfat milk, cocoa and margarine to boiling. Remove from heat, and add in the rest of the frosting ingredients. Mix well and pour on cake.
