Irish Cream Liqueur Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 ounce) SWEETENED condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 x -3/4 C Irish whiskey (I've substituted Canadian Club with success even though the flavor is quite different)
  • 4 x Large eggs (fresh uncracked grade A Large eggs are imperative since this will not be cooked)
  • 1 c. cream (the calorie conscious can fool yourselves with half-half or possibly lowfat milk)
  • 2 tsp chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp powdered coffee
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender till smooth. Store in the refrigerator for up to one month.
