- 1/4 cup water
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 6 Tbsp Irish Whiskey
- For the Walnut Crumble:
- 1 large egg white
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon instant espresso
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup walnut pieces coarsely chopped
