Directions

  1. Peel the onion and garlic and coarsely cut them in pcs along with the ginger
  2. Put the pcs in a mixer with the rest of the ingredients (except the meat) and mix them together
  3. Pour this marinade into a shallow dish
  4. Cut the meat into 1 inch (3 cm) cubes and allow to sit in the marinade for 3 hrs
  5. After 3 hrs are up, put the pcs of meat onto skewers
  6. Grill them for 3 min on each side
