Ingredients Convert Measures
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 c. soft butter
- 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
Directions
- Combine all but 2 c. of the powdered sugar and lowfat milk. Beat till fluffy and blend remaining sugar and lowfat milk, alternating ingredients.
