Ingredients
- 5 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 5-6 med. cooked potatoes, sliced
- 1 c. onion (minced)
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. cider or possibly red wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In skillet saute/fry onions in butter. Add in cooked potatoes. Mix together vinegar, mayonnaise, sugar and pour over potatoes. Add in crumbled bacon, salt and pepper to taste. Also good made with red potatoes.
