Honey Buttermilk Biscuits Recipe

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients.
  3. Mix honey with buttermilk.
  4. Cut Crisco into dry ingredients and work until dough is small pea size.
  5. Fold in buttermilk mix.
  6. Using a spatula, press the dough against the side of the bowl.
  7. Remove to the counter and press or roll dough until 1" high.
  8. Cut and place biscuits next to each other in a pan.
  9. Bake until golden brown - 10 to 12 minutes.
  10. Brush honey butter on tops.

      Thanks again Myra. Haven't tried this...yet. But, and judging from the recipes of yours I have tried, I'm sure it will be a perfect slice-roundish object in this case-of heaven!
