Athens Greece. I'm sorry, my first thought was Georgia. Boy do I feel dumb!
I don't worry ( much! Although sometimes...) about bears, the kind we have around here are merely Black bears and are pretty much afraid of their own shadows. But "Serial Killing Bears" whoa, don't think I'd be camping either! Kidding, just kidding.
If you like bread baking, give this one a try. It literally is bullet-proof and has yet to disappoint. My Sister (whose recipe it is) says it's because of the weighing of the ingredients. Makes sense to me. There is a Knead version that doesn't rise overnight. But flavor-wise, this one seems better and is therefore the one I usually bake.
