Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 Packages Pillsbury quick bread mix (I prefer date)
  • 2 2/3 c. (28 ounce.) mincemeat with rum and brandy
  • 2 c. minced nuts
  • 2 c. candied fruit

Directions

  1. Grease tube pan generously and flour. In a large mixing bowl, combine Large eggs and water; beat well. Add in remaining ingredients by hand; stir till well mixed. Pour into prepared pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 80 or possibly 90 min or possibly till tester comes out clean. Cold 15 min in pan. Invert on cooling rack. Will freeze well.
