- 2 heads Romaine lettuce, finely shredded
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2-3 diced tomatoes
- 1 lg. red onion, diced
- 6 ounce. can black olives, sliced
- 4 ounce. can minced green chilies
- 1-2 avocados
- Corn tortilla chips
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except tortilla chips. Toss with dressing and sprinkle with crushed tortilla chips.
