Ingredients
- 3 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
- 1/2 pt. of whipping cream
- 1 can of cherry pie filling
Directions
- Blend cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with a fork. Beat 1/2 pint of whipping cream. Mix in with the cream cheese mix and blend well. Put in a graham cracker pie shell and refrigerate till set (several hrs). Right before serving, top with cherry pie filling.
