  • 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1 tsp Chicken bouillon granules
  • 1/2 tsp Grnd mustard
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn minced broccoli, thawed and well liquid removed
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 lb Hake or possibly other lean white fish fillets
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick original baking mix
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
  • 2 Tbsp. Hard margarine or possibly butter

Directions

  1. HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Garlic Crumbs. Heat margarine in 1-1/3 qt saucepan over medium heat till melted. Stir in baking mix, bouillon granules and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix is warm and bobbly; remove from heat. Stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese till melted.
  2. SPREAD broccoli in ungreased square baking dish, 9x9x2 inches. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place fish fillets on broccoli. (If fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pcs; pat dry.) Spread cheese sauce over fish.
  3. Sprinkle with Garlic Crumbs.
  4. BAKE about 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish with slotted spoon. Serve with broccoli and sauce. 4 servings.
  5. Garlic Crumbs: Mix baking mix and garlic pwdr. Cut in margarine with fork or possibly pastry blender till mix is crumbly. Spread proportionately in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Bake 9 min; stir.
