• 2 Tbsp. Shallots, chopped
• 1/4 c. Sesame Oil
• 3/4 c. Canola Oil
• 1/2 c. Unseasoned Rice Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
• 2 Tbsp. Thai-Style Chili Sauce
• 2 tsp Honey
• 1/2 c. Ermented Black Beans, rinsed
• 1/4 c. Cilantro, chopped
