Ingredients
- 2 pound minced green tomatoes
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. warm vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tbsp. mustard seed
Directions
- Mix vegetables. Let stand 1 hour. Squeeze. Put liquid, add in sugar, spices and vinegar. Cook 10 min. Pour into jars and seal.
