Ingredients Convert Measures
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. white vinegar
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion (optional)
Directions
- Boil and cook butter, vinegar and sugar. With a mixer, whip cream cheese and above 3 ingredients till smooth. Add in green pepper and onion to taste. Serve with chips, vegetables, etc.
