Ingredients
- 3/4 pound grnd beef
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 grnd nutmeg
- 8 ounce. elbow macaroni, cooked, liquid removed
Directions
- Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Set aside. Combine next 2 ingredients. Gradually stir in lowfat milk. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick (don't boil). Beat next 3 ingredients. Gradually stir in sauce. Add in macaroni. Spoon half macaroni mix into 2 qt oblong baking dish. Cover with meat mix. Top with remaining macaroni. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 min or possibly till set. Serves 4.
