- 2 c. buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 T salad oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. water
- 2 T sugar
Directions
- Mix together. Fry on lightly greased griddle (use vegetable oil). Flip when golden. Serves happy people.
