Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. flour
- 2 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoon sugar (more if desired it sweeter)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients with a wire whisk till smooth. It may need flour added depending how thick you like pancakes. Pour onto warm skillet.
