Ingredients
- 2 c. raisins
- 2 c. water
- 1 c. shortening
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. white sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
- Boil raisins and water for 5 min. Cold till lukewarm; add in remaining ingredients; mix well. Drop on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 min.
