Ingredients
- 2 c. brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. cooked pumpkin
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspooncinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Directions
- Beat first four ingredients till fluffy, then add in remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet and bake 350 degrees for 10 to 15 min.
