  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put together butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, baking pwdr, large eggs, lowfat milk, and 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla; beat well. Stir in nuts. Spread into a greased and lightly floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 40 min. Just before brownies are done, heat chips in a saucepan with 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and condensed lowfat milk. Spread fudge mix over hot brownies. Cool. Refrigerate and cut into bars.
