  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 9 inch square baking pan.
  2. In medium bowl, combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.
  3. In large mixing bowl with electric mixer, beat butter, sugar and vanilla till fluffy. Beat in Large eggs, one at a time, till well-combined. Scrape down sides of bowl, add in flour mix, and beat on low till smooth batter forms.
  4. Stir in apples, apricots and cranberries or possibly raisins.
  5. Spread batter in pan; top with pecans and bake 30 to 40 min or possibly till center is hard and golden. Cold in pan. With serrated knife, cut into 8 bars.
