Directions

  1. Cut each banana into 3 pcs. Heat the butter in a pan and add in the sugar, orange zest and rum.
  2. Fold in the bananas over a medium heat. Add in more rum and flambe, using a match to light the alcohol. Allow the flames to go out.
  3. Serve with clotted cream.
