Ingredients
- 18 Oreo cookies
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 quart. mint chip ice cream, softened
- 1 T butter
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 can Pet lowfat milk
Directions
- Crush cookies; add in to butter. Put in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread in ice cream. Freeze 30 min.Heat chocolate with lowfat milk. Add in sugar and butter. Cook over low heat till smooth, 5 - 10 min. Pour over pie while still warm. Freeze 4 to 5 hrs.
