Ingredients

3 c. grated sweet potato
2 Large eggs, beaten
1/2 c. lowfat milk
1/3 pound butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Use white sweet potatoes only. Grate on the largest grater. Then bake about 1 hour, but Do not get too dry.
